Optimol Instruments is expanding its service portfolio:
Effective immediately, we offer our customers state-of-the-art 3D surface topography using White Light Interferometry (WLI). The new Polytech microscope enables ultra-precise analysis of wear surfaces and surface structures — a true quantum leap for anyone who values detailed inspection results.
With this new device, we can capture large-area samples with the highest vertical resolution in the sub-nanometer range. This means: no image distortions from stitching effects, fast turnaround times, and automated evaluation using the Wear-Analyzer. Our customers benefit from improved data quality and even greater data depth.
The new service is now included in our key test bundles, such as Complete Screening, Gear Efficiency Screening, Gear Performance Screening, and Sustainability Screening. Wherever microscopy and surface measurements have previously been part of the service, we now offer the enhanced capabilities of White Light Interferometry.
